Participant in the Busby Web Solutions Search Engine Optimisation Challenge

That’s a good way to bring in more English speaking articles, and push me to finally create the bilingual version of this site !

I’ve decided to take part in the Busby SEO Challenge, the new SEO challenge.

I’m ding daily SEO challenges, trying to push my websites, and my customers’ websites on the first page, even on the first position, and doing quite well in some cases, but the advantage of a SEO challenge like Busby is that it’s fun. It’s over a short period, of three months, when I think the strategy of my websites over six months or one year even, in some cases.

Short term results or long term ones ? Can we get on the first page quickly and stay there ? Which methods can we use ? All kind of answers SEO challenges help you to understand and then use for your customers.

One of the things I like in this challenge is that it specifically forbids “black hat SEO methods, and that it is international.

So, from time to time you’ll see on that blog posts about this Busby Seo challenge where I take part through a team, a very good team that already won the 2008 contest.

Let’s hope it will be the same here !
